- Threat intelligence, vulnerability information, and related data may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or incomplete information.
- The Service and all associated data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or guarantee of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Information obtained from third-party sources is subject to the availability, accuracy, and continued operation of those sources, which may change, be delayed, or become unavailable without notice.
- The cybersecurity threat landscape evolves rapidly, and newly discovered threats, vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise (IOCs), or threat actor activities may not be reflected in the Service immediately.
- Threat intelligence should be used as one input into your security decision-making process and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for operational, legal, regulatory, or business decisions.
- You are solely responsible for independently validating critical information before taking action based on the Service.
This Section does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
5.3 Data Currency
You acknowledge and agree that threat intelligence is dynamic and continuously evolving. Accordingly:
- Threat intelligence is updated on a commercially reasonable basis but is not guaranteed to be complete, current, or real-time.
- Newly discovered vulnerabilities, exploits, indicators of compromise (IOCs), or threat actor activities may emerge between updates and may not be immediately reflected in the Service.
- Historical threat intelligence and incident information may not accurately represent current threats, vulnerabilities, or attacker capabilities.
- Threat actor attribution, risk assessments, and confidence levels are based on available information at the time of analysis and may change as new evidence becomes available.
- Risk scores, severity ratings, and other analytical assessments are intended to assist security decision-making and should not be interpreted as guarantees or definitive statements of fact.
- Vyuhnet may revise, update, reclassify, or withdraw previously published intelligence as additional information becomes available.
Nothing in this Section shall be construed as a commitment that the Service will detect, identify, or report every cybersecurity threat, vulnerability, or security incident.
5.4 User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the security of your systems, networks, data, and business operations. In particular, you are responsible for:
- Independently evaluating and verifying any threat intelligence, vulnerability information, or recommendations before making critical security, operational, legal, regulatory, or business decisions.
- Implementing, operating, and maintaining appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security controls, policies, and procedures appropriate to your organization's risk profile.

- Ensuring that qualified personnel review and interpret the information provided through the Service before taking action.
- Monitoring your own environment and promptly responding to security events, vulnerabilities, and incidents affecting your organization.
- Not relying solely on the Service to prevent, detect, investigate, or respond to cybersecurity threats, incidents, or vulnerabilities.
The Service is intended to supplement, and not replace, your organization's security personnel, monitoring tools, security operations, incident response capabilities, or professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for all security decisions and actions taken or not taken based on information provided through the Service.
5.5 Threat Actor Attribution Disclaimer
Threat actor attribution information made available through the Service, including references to threat actor identities, aliases, country associations, nation-state affiliations, industry sectors, campaigns, or group classifications, is provided solely for cybersecurity analysis and defensive purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that such information:
- Is derived from publicly available and commercially available threat intelligence sources, including but not limited to the MITRE ATT&CK® Framework, CISA advisories, MISP community intelligence, vendor research, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and other reputable industry publications.
- Represents analytical assessments based on available technical indicators, observed tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), infrastructure analysis, malware characteristics, and other intelligence data, and does not constitute a definitive legal, governmental, or factual determination of responsibility.
- May include confidence ratings or attribution confidence levels that reflect the assessed reliability of the available evidence and are inherently subject to uncertainty.
- May be revised, reclassified, supplemented, or withdrawn as additional intelligence, forensic evidence, or independent research becomes available.
- Does not represent an accusation, allegation, legal finding, political statement, or official position of Vyuhnet Management Solution - FZCO regarding the responsibility of any individual, organization, government, or nation-state.
- Is provided solely to assist customers in defensive cybersecurity operations, threat analysis, risk assessment, security monitoring, and incident response.
Attribution data is aggregated from authoritative sources including the MITRE ATT&CK Framework (maintained by The MITRE Corporation, a federally funded research organization), U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) joint advisories, MISP (Malware Information Sharing Platform) community intelligence, AlienVault Open Threat Exchange (OTX) community intelligence, and published academic and industry threat research.
Users acknowledge that threat actor attribution in cybersecurity is inherently probabilistic and that Vyuhnet does not independently verify or endorse specific nation-state attributions beyond what is reported by these authoritative sources.
5.6 AI-Assisted Outputs
Certain analytics, reports, summaries, briefings, chat responses, and other content provided through the Service are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and machine-learning systems.
You acknowledge and agree that:
